Administration Coordinator
The Administration Coordinator is responsible for corresponding daily with sales offices from over fifty countries world-wide; receiving and confirming all student bookings; entering all student bookings into the data base; preparing all student acceptance letters so that students may apply to the Canadian Embassy for entry into Canada; maintaining all student records; preparing all Course Change Notifications for students; assisting with claims; collecting passport and insurance cards to make copies on the first day; school transfers; assisting students with Canadian Immigration questions after arrival!
Here are some important things that you should know:
Holidays ~ The policy for Academic Year and Semester Students is that:- Students can NOT request any additional holidays. Holidays are built into the course. The policy for International Language Students is they can request up to two weeks vacation but only after they have been here for 8 weeks. Students must give 4 weeks notice to take a vacation. Students can take one week or two weeks ONLY. Students must pay $80.00 when they request a vacation. If students add a week or two to the end of their course it must be directly after their original finish date. If students add on a week or two to their course the Host Family will not be paid during the student vacation and therefore the student room must be cleared of all student belongings. The Maximum vacation allowed is 2 weeks and the Maximum add on to a course is 2 weeks.
Termination ~ If a student must leave early for a family or medical emergency please speak to the School Director that you can sign the proper documents.
Course Change ~ It is possible to change your course but notice must be given and the proper documents must be signed and sent to your Sales Office.
